You first need to measure the length, width, and height of your actual item. Then add the thickness of the cardboard box (try to add 0.5mm more at the height of the cardboard box). It is the outer box size of the cardboard box, which is usually the default size for cardboard box factories. Outer box size design: Generally, designing the larger size as the height of the cardboard box is material saving. So, based on your own cargo situation, be sure to tell the cardboard box factory whether the size you mentioned is the outer box size or the inner box size.

2. Choose the material of the cardboard box

Based on the weight of your goods, your cost situation, and whether you need to ship the goods, consider the selection of cardboard box materials comprehensively. The grade of paper varies, and the weight also varies. Corrugated paper is commonly used with a weight ranging from 80 to 200 grams. What specific materials are needed can be combined with your own needs, or consult the professional personnel of the cardboard factory, they will give you relevant suggestions.

3. Printing issues
